What’s included in the tour price?
The tour price includes your private guide and planning. Transportation, meals, and drinks are not included. Any personal shopping or extra activities are at your own cost.
Can I customize the tour?
Yes! If you have specific places you want to visit, let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to adjust the tour to your preferences.
How do I pay?
Once we confirm your itinerary, I’ll send you a payment link.
You can pay securely by credit card online.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour starts. Please contact me as early as possible for changes.
What happens if it rains?
Tours will go ahead in rain. Kanazawa can be beautiful with an umbrella! Please bring suitable clothing and footwear. In case of severe weather warnings (e.g., heavy storm or typhoon), the tour may be canceled or rescheduled for safety reasons. I’ll contact you as soon as possible to discuss options.
How should I dress?
Comfortable shoes are a must, especially if we’ll be walking a lot. Dress according to the weather. Layers are helpful in Kanazawa!
Is this tour suitable for children / elderly guests?
Yes, most tours are family-friendly and can be adjusted to fit different walking levels. Let me know in advance about any mobility concerns.
Where do we meet?
The meeting point will be arranged in advance. Usually your hotel, Kanazawa Station, or a well-known landmark.
